What is the diffrence in taking tramadol 50 mg, and taking tylenol with codeine#3 300/30mg

They are almost equivalent, actually. You'd need 33.33mgs of Codeine to be equivalent to the 50mgs of Tramadol.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
