The ST marking on capsules usually denotes an over the counter supplement made by the company that sells under the name Stacker, they are sold for energy and weight loss.
As to which one, precisely, this is, I have been unable to determine, since they have quite a few on the market.
It is, however, not listed as a prescription medication.
Was it found in the U.S.?
