Topiramate 25mg

I been taking topiramate 25 two to three time a day, as needed for headaches after getting hit in the head by metal fence panels and having a headache ever since and two rear ended car accidents .
After a increasing for one a day then two,
The more i take them the more the headaches pain in increases is this a side effect. So i've cut the doae down to 1 a day but that doesn't change a thing. Any advice

Hello, Wayne! How are you doing? Has there been any change?

If lowering the amount you were taking hasn't helped, then I am inclined to suspect that it may be a worsening of your condition and unrelated to the medication. I am not a doctor, so I can't say definitively, but I would suggest having it checked out.

However, as detailed by the FDA and NIH, some medications can actually cause the opposite of their intended effect in some people that take them, so that is also a possibility.
