what i does the zithromax do. and why is it important?

Well Zithromax is a antibiotic, commonly used to stop the growth of fungal infections, sexually transmitted vaginal infections, urinary infections and etc.

Topamax is a totally different drug, used to control seizures and some people have found it effect for certain kinds of headaches and migraines.

The two are totally unrelated, so they don't work for or against each other.

I ran an interaction check, and there aren't any, so they are fine to take together.

However, if your doc prescribed them and you don't know why you are taking both, or what conditions you were given them for, I would suggest calling them, or maybe setting up a new appointment so you can check.
