Tooth Hydrocodone

I took 2 10mg hydrocodone 325 acetaminophen for the pain of wisdom teeth coming in. I understand to drink as much water as possible but should I take it on a full stomach or eat with it?? I feel kind of light-headed but in no need of emergency.

It can be taken either way, but since it may cause some nausea, and dizziness, according to NIH reports, some people do better taking it with food. Other side effects are listed as possibly including headache, drowsiness, constipation, and dry mouth.
