Took One Subutex

I took one 8 mg 24 hours ago. First one I took. Will I feel opiates after 24 hrs

Most likely not! Subutex tends to take a stronger hold on your opiate receptors, even though it's a rather weak opiate itself, so it prevents the others from having much of an effect. It would be best to give it several days.

The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
