I've been getting a liaison on my tonque now for about a yr. I've had it checked it comes and goes the Dr. Says its not a cancer ,something maybe with acidity in my stomach?? I've been on 2.5 lisinopril for over 4 yrs. this and vitamins is all i take .i do have acid reflux
A Indian Dr. I go to said its probably from my medication can someone please refer me this is very uncomfortable and if its something im consuming i could change it .

Hello, Cozy! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having.
I think that your reflux is the most likely cause, but I am not a doctor.
However, do you take anything to treat it? Such as an antacid or PPI?
A medication like Lisinopril, which the FDA classifies as a ACE inhibitor that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions, can cause an increase in stomach acid as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.
