Tongue Thrash

Iam a married man 35 years old , I developed thrush on my tongue and sometimes on my gums.This problem started when I was 20 and single I went to different doctors they tested me many things to lnclude HIV but tested negative and they always gave me maconizole jelly to gurgle but didn't help me. I have two health kids 3 and 7 years and my wife got no problem .This problem is sometimes serious sometimes not but my tongue is very damaged and even a bad smell .pliz help I dont know where to go
