There is no way to know what this is for sure without knowing the complete imprint, are there any additional letters or numbers? There are many pills with a 357 on them and it could be any of them!

Since this site does not have enough information to provide an accurate answer, I have removed the other replies which could be incorrect or misleading.

And as to the other posters question, yes, Demerol does come in a pill form now.
