To Send In A Complaint On Clonidine

THIS HAS HAPPEN TO US TWICE MY HUSBAND USE THE PATCH WHEN WE OPEN PACKAGE THERE IS A SHORTAGE IN THE BOX ALWAYS IT IS THE MEDICATED PATCH IT SUPPOSE TO BE 4 OF THE PATCH AND 4 OF THE MEDICATED PATCH ALWAYS SHORTAGE ONT HE MEDICATED PATCH WE PAY GOOD MONEY FOR HIS MED AND ITS NOT N THE PACKAGE WE WAS ON VACATION THIS TIME THAT NOT RIGHT PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE AND CLARIFY YOUR PROBLEM THANKS MR AND MRS JOHN WORDLAW

That said, what pharmacy did you receive them from? That would be the first place you should report this to in order to try and rectify the problem.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, nervousness and insomnia.
