Even if u feel as if ur depression has subsided(with med's).. I know,from experience), that you Shud never just stop taking ur prescription benzo,,u should have ur pc Dr taper..you can have serious health issues, seizures, etc.. Please seek advice from your medical professionals! Last time I did this I thought I could 'make it on my own'&all I ended up with was a ambulance ride,,but Good Luck!! I hv heart issues&I know Everyone s different but its better2b SAFE,we hv only 1life my friend:-)
