Hi my age is 24 and my height is just 4.8 so I want any suggestion from u to grow my height but I wanna tell u as well that I had physical relations with my boy friend lots of time someone told me that its impossible to grow height if u have any physical relation please reply me

No, having physical relations at any age does not affect your height in any way! That is not true, at all.

Your height is determined by genetics and your overall health.

And I'm sorry, but at age 24, you are done growing and there is nothing you can do to change your height.
