Titrate Off Losartan

my husband is concerned about his hair loss..his hair stylist said it could be his BP med..should he try to wean off it and see?

If he has high blood pressure, then he can't just stop taking a medication for it. He needs to speak to his doctor about trying a different medication.

Several blood pressure medications can cause hair loss as a side effect, as listed by the FDA, along with nausea, dizziness, headache and increased urination. However, not all of them do and there shouldn't be a problem with him trying a different one.

Is there anything else I can help with?
