I have a tiny white pill, just off white, really, but you could call it white. It's just a little bigger than a birth control pill. One side appears to be completely blank. The other side appears to have a Roman letter capital A that covers most of the pill. In the open underside of the A there appears to be a lower case i. Below that there appears to be a very small capital T and D, separated by a slight space. There is a remote possibility that the A is a V, but then the TD is at the top and printed upside down.

The marking is ATD, what you thought was an I is a stylized logo of a mortar and pestle.
This tablet contains 19mgs of Levothyroxine and 4.5mgs of Liothyronine, commonly sold under the brand name Armour Thyroid.
These are Thyroid hormones.
