Tiny White Pill

Round white pill w/no markings or scorings.smaller than clonidine about size and shape of zolpideum(generic ambien) I have found two in the house please help to ID

Sorry, if there are no markings then it is impossible to positively identify it. All prescription drugs that are legally sold in the US are required to have individual imprints to enable their ID, according to manufacturer, active ingredient and dosage.

With no markings, I would think it is possibly something over the counter, unless it is a drug from a foreign country.
