Tiny Round White Pill With M On One Side And 2 On Other Side

I found a tiny white pill smaller than half of an inch. One side has a five and the other side has ethier a W or an M in a square.

This tablet with a boxed M on one side and a 5 on the other contains 5mgs of Immediate Release Oxycodone, a generic for OxyIR, this is a narcotic pain reliever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
