Tiny Round White Pill With E In A Circle

Found this on my stepsons floor whos mother is a druggie. I've never seen anything like this or this small. Please help ne identify it. It kinda smells fruity?

I'm not familiar with a tablet that matches this description, nor have I found one listed in any of the databases that I've checked.

If it smells fruity, there's a good chance that it may just be a candy or mint.

Have you tried asking your stepson? It may really be something as simple as that.
