Thyroxine Headaches

Thyroxine gives me debilitating headaches. Armour Thyroid seems to do nothing. Tyrosine and iodine also give me headaches and make me perspire and feel weak. Anyone got any advice? I suffer from hypothyroidism and fibromyalgia

your suppose to also take selenium, magnesium, vit c,b2/b3. the "companion nutrients" with the "iodine Protocol" also i use potassium iodide. start with a lower dose and build up

I have had migraines with Levothyroxine so came off tablets but went on the liquid Iml syringe at a time and increase every three days; this seems to be working.

Levothyroxine is a thyroid hormone used to treat people whose thyroids are underactive.

That said, headaches can be a common side effect, though they normally taper off as your body adjusts to the medication. Did yours continue past a month or so?

Have you tried talking to your doctor to see if there is a solution, perhaps something you can use for the headaches or to prevent them?
