Thyronorm Induced Weight Loss

Hi! I am 27 years old i recently got diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Since March 2016 i have been taking Thyronorm 25mcg every alternative days (give a day gap). My TSH 3RD Generation level was initially 6.23 (HIGH). and ever since i have been taking thyronorm this has been balanced to 0.877. But i have been facing many other issues as follows:
1) weight loss noticed near the neck, shoulder and breast region.
2) Significant loss of volume in breasts and also they are becoming saggy.
3) Hair loss and hair thinning.
4) acne and black marks on the shoulders, breast region and also back.

All this is causing me a lot of discomfort can u guide me on why this is happening is this a side effect of this drug
