My wife is taking thyronorm 50 mcg since three years. recently in Thyroid profile T3 and T4 are in normal range but TSH is high (16.19). What should we do? whether the does is not correct or some other matter it is. Please guide what should i do?

My age is 40 female,2 years back hypothyroidism problem came doctor recommended to take 100mcg at that time my TSH is more than150 now recently my stomach nerves became very tight and swelling then onwards my nerves on my legs and knees toweak I drank somany ors pkts due to weakness by bp raised 164/100 shivred a lot now iam using 25mcg it I also overdose for me shivering not stoped now my T4 is 115.3 and S.TSHis 3.34 please suggest me what can I do
