Thyroid Tsh High 5.64

I am 40 years male , height 177cm , weight 95 kg . I have all the symptoms of hashimoto / hypotyriod . I visited hospital for severed headache , fatigue etc . my mp turned out high , so find the real culprit lot of tests were carried out . My TSH is 6.9 µIU/mL , T3 2.38 nmol/L , T4 107 nmol/L . Doctor put me on 50 mcg thyronorm . It been 15 days all the symptoms persists .

My TSH is 6.07,TV is 7.02 and TV is 107.I am now taking Eltrocin 100mcg during last one year.Any change of dosage require.I am 56 years old having 100 kg.weight.
