Hi Tina,
Sorry to hear about what happened. We all make and learn from mistakes like this at some point in our lives, so you shouldn't get down on yourself about it. But I think your best bet would probably be to contact the doctor who prescribed it and see if he/she is willing to do anything for you as far as replacement is concerned. Due to the type of heavily abused substance alprazolam is, I'd expect a fair amount of resistance on the Dr's behalf, though it doesn't hurt to try? If nothing else, maybe he/she can at least recommend certain OTC supplements to help alleviate whatever potential risk there might be for withdrawals until you get your next script.
