The round light blue tablets that have 224 on one side with a score on the other side feel like 60mg old oc tablets they are suppose to be instant release oxycodone but they feel like extended release tablets to me & I've been taking Oxycodone for 15 yrs I must have got a lot # that had a double dose because where I have to take 6 a day of M-block 30 mg IR 2 of these are = 6 of those .So I must have gotten lucky?

Hello, Cornbread! How are you? I'm glad they are working so well for you.
However no, they are regular release tablets, so I'm not sure what the difference is, other than perhaps these ones just work better for you.
Has anyone else experienced this?
