The Difference In Opana And Oxycodone Drug Screening

So I'm a bit scared and confused and need some help. I would really like no judging also. I've been going to pain Managment for 7 years and currently I'm on 6-7 10-325 oxycodone acetaminophen tablets per day. I was kicked out of PM because I was cash pay and couldn't afford the appointments so they released me. Needing to find another pain dr I went back to just my family dr temporarily to get help with medicine because finding a new pm center is difficult as you all know! (Crazy requirements, needing all documentation, films, history, psychology, initial set up and appointments are set out months in advanced!) my dr was very hesitant to help me with all the new laws and danger with opiate medications but agreed only on the understanding that he would only give me 3 months time and 3 months of medicine and only half the monthly dose. His reason for this was because he said if I haven't found a pain dr at the end of 3 months, then he doesn't want me on such a high dose to cut me off and there will be no exceptions! At the end of the 3 months, that was it so to hurry and find s long term dr! Not having much of a choice I accepted. so for 2 weeks out of the month I have been getting meds from him and the other 2 weeks I was finding and paying for medicine from friends so I didn't have to go with out! Well randomly I got a call out of the blue from my PM center saying they will accept me back on a new program they offer self pay patients and that I was welcome because I was only discharged for finanti reasons! So this is where I run into the problem! I am currently taking 1-2 80 milligram opana ER tablets daily because I'm out this month of my Oxycodone and I'm in my 2 filler weeks. I can go back in and get an increase right away but I have opana in my system and can't fail the urine screening! So do these two medicines show up as the same thing, will PM know I was taking something else? I know if you test positive for something that shouldn't be in your system, they will send it out for a lab analysis. I had tested positive a few times for methadone which was not accurate and they sent it off and confirmed it was a false positive. Will they know and if they did, would me just telling them the truth get me into trouble? I know oxycodone is the base medicine in perc and oxymorphone is the base medicine in opana but I'm getting very contradicting information everywhere! How can I avoid getting kicked out? Any info would be appreciated! Thank you so much for the help!
