The Difference Between Dextroamphet And Dextroamphetmine
Updatedmy son was on Dexedrine and no longer is available was then prescribed zenzedi the pharmacy filled a generic brand named Dextroamphet which is generic for Adderall , not Dexedrine family,when I looked it up the generic brand for Dexedrine was Dextroamphetmine whats the difference?

There is no difference, the doctor or pharmacy just abbreviated the word Dextroamphetamine on the one. :-) It is the correct medication.

The generic for Adderall would actually contain mixed Amphetamine salts, which would be Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine.
