since they have changed the oxycontin, it DOES NOT WORK.

There have been many complaints about it not working, as well as it causing unusual side effects.

I am very sorry to read that you also had problems with this new formulation.

The only thing I can really suggest, other than taking to your doctor about using an alternative medication, is reporting the problem to both Purdue and the FDA at the following numbers:

if attorney's can bring suite against companies for damage done from types of drug's, why cant they bring suite for changing a drug that DID work until they changed it and made it cause alot of side effects and there is nothing to take it's place and the medicine is NOT working for people the way it use to? NOT EVERY ONE ABUSES THEIR MEDICINE AND JUST BECAUSE SOME DO DOES NOT GIVE THESE COMPAINES THE RIGHT TO MAKE OTHER'S SUFFER FOR SOME ONE ELSES STUPID DECISIONS.I am talking about Oxycontin. The old worked and the new does not work half as good and has other side effects that you did not get with the old one's. Some thing should be done about this. The people that really do need the medicine that works for them should be able to get it, or at least supply something that will give the SAME RELIEF AS THE OLD MEDICINE DID, THIS IS JUST NOT RIGHT OR FAIR TO THE ONES THAT DO NOT ABUSE ANYTHING AT ALL, NOT EVEN AN ASPRIN.

Great post, thank you very much I only have a couple of questions.

1. Is there a generic available for Oxycontin OP? Walmart won't let me fill my script because it says oxycodone hydrocholride 20 mg er and not Oxycontin 20 mg. They say they can fill it with an Activis Generic but they are out of stock.
2. What do you think about Opana from spinal pain?
