Hello, Hanah! How are you and your sister?
I understand that you're concerned, but the best thing to do is to let her doctor(s) handle this. All of us want the best for our loved ones, but going to her doctor and trying to demand that they prescribe her any given medication could actually do more harm than good.
Some mediations should be reserved and only used, when others haven't worked. If she's asymptomatic and her liver function is normal, she may not require any treatment.
However, they will most likely recommend that she be vaccinated against Hep A and B, plus stay away from alcohol and any medications that may be toxic to her liver.
