TEVA diazepam’s efficacy is questionable at best. As a patient and consumer, I have never had such a worthless Generic diazepam. I wish the FDA would be concerned about this and test TEVA products. Especially the diazepam. The other generics work- theirs doesn’t. I’ve heard all the above from other people as well. It is not just me giving this product a bad rap.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability.
The Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984 does allow generics to differ from the name brand by as much as plus, or minus 20%, so there is a chance that it could be lower in the amount of the active ingredient from the one you were previously taking.
