I went to get a blood test to find out what my T-level was. After about four weeks, the nurse tells me they are normal 3.53 on a level of 1.53-11.00. Can anyone tell me what my total is, because they want me to pay for them to convert it. Oh, I am 35 years old. Thanks!

@Just in Case,

I've never supplemented with testosterone before, but judging from what the nurse told you it sounds like 3.53 would clearly be your total level if I am understanding that right? From my research I know that LabCorp (based in Tulsa, OK) uses a reference range of 348 – 1197 ng/dl (nanograms per deciliter) for determining total testosterone levels. You didn't mention what format (e.g. ng/dl) your numbers are being represented in, but on a scale of 1.53 to 11.00 that sounds very similar with 3.53 being on the lower end of the spectrum.

I hope this helps!
