Hi Miguel,
Just for your own information, Terramicina isn't available here in the US. Terramicina is actually a Mexican version of Terramycin (oxytetracycline hydrochloride). However, Terramycin is reportedly available with a doctor's prescription. So I don't know if you'd have to get a new prescription with an American drug name on it in order to have your Rx filled, but that may be a possibility and something to just keep in mind if you run into any issues.
Nevertheless, it sounds to me like your best bet would be to contact a local pharmacy there in LA for more specific details regarding its availability.
