Tendon Injury
Updatedi am a runner, last 6 months itself am suffering from Achilles tendon injury,I am 21yrs old...I consulted the doc he advised me to take tendocare..while running i didnt get any pain aftrer my run got bit pain in my tendon....so is it ok if I take TENDOCARE.and I want to know how many tablets should I take...and I der any other tablets that I can hav with TENFOCARE...
