I am in the military and just got a urine test back positive for temazepam. I have never heard of the drug before and they are trying to get me into trouble for it. I haven't been taking ANY prescription drugs for the past year. How is this possible?

I have tested positive for temazepam 3 months in a row. I dont take this medication. I take Xanax but not temazepam. How is this happening? Does anyone know of anything that would cause a false positive? I only take my own meds. I don't want to lose my dr and WHO WOULD believe me. I can't stand sleeping pills. I'm prescribed 5 Xanax daily and only take 1. I would appreciate it if anyone has a clue as to what is going on. I am at a loss. Thank you!!!
