Telmisartan 80mg And Chlorthalidone 12.5 Mg Side Effects

I am using this for past 9 months the above medicine(morning) and clinidipine 10mg at night my weight reduced nearly 7kgs and also at present borderline in blood sugar and my triglyceride also increased slightly. I think it is due to the medicines I am taking for asthma and BP. At present my BP 140/90. Any medications effectively reduces my BP without increasing bloodsugar/triglycerides level

I am 65 years of age and I am taking telmekind H 80 mg and tab amdepin 5 mg 1 tab each daily in the morning for the last 5 years my BP is maintained but I am suffering from dry cough for the last 3-4 years. Is it the side effect of telnekind H 80

The NIH lists the typical side effects of Telmisartan, and Chlorthalidone as possibly including nausea, dizziness, increased urination, headache, and hypotension.
