Telma Am Substitute

Please note that I am taking Telma H 80 / Telma 80 / Telma 40 / Telma AM (40/5) for last one and half year as advised by doctor several times for my high BP. It was observed that serum potassium results are gradually increasing in pathological tests.

I want to know whether Telma group of medicine have any effect of increasing the potassium level. If so, please advise the substitute medicine.

What is the equivalent drug for Tema 40 mg in India? Telma 40 mg is now banned in India. I need to buy a substitute or equivalent medicine in India for blood pressure control.

My blood potassium level is 5.6. I am taking telma 40mg at night and concor 1.25mg in the morning. Is there an effective substitute for telma 40mg?

I've been taking telma 40 at night for 2 or 3 years, but this is now banned in India. Please recommend an alternative medicine. I'm also taking Prolomet XL 50, but this is extremely bad medicine for blood pressure, due to so many side effects. Please suggest me a safer medicine for blood pressure management. Thank you.

An MD Specialist advised me to take Telma 40 for hypertension, but an MBBS Dr. advised me to take Arbital 40 instead of Telma 40. After taking Arbital 40, patients are often advised to rest & have your dose before going to bed. Please suggest what I should do? It is an emergency, waiting for your reply.
