Hello, Amar! How are you?
Telma 40 contains 40mgs of Telmisartan and Amlodac contains 5mgs of Amlodipine, both are used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions, but they work in different ways and are in different medication classes.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
Is there anything else I can help with?
