Telekast 10mg

I am suffering from severe allergy and my doctor has prescribed telekast 10mg to be taken everyday for lifetime. I want to know how does the tablet help me and will i suffer from any side effects later on.

I have also given my doctor telecast l tablet for life time and ige total test in every 6 month.i have no side effects since last one year don't know about future but good medicine.
