What are the effects on long term use of Teczine?

Teczine is not manufactured in the US, so I am unable to retrieve a full description of the drug.

Information I was able to gather shows that Levocetirizine is noted to be an active ingredient of Teczine when manufactured in India.

Side effects of Levocetirizine include: Slight sleepiness, headache, mouth dryness, lightheadedness, blurred vision, palpitations and fatigue.
