Tanish orange pill marked 20... no letters on either side of the pill just the number 20 on one side

Depending on where you got it from, part of me wonders if this could be a "knock off" version of Cialis 20mgs - which is an orange teardrop shaped pill marked with "C20" on one side and blank on the other.

Cialis (tadalafil) is marketed for its use in treating ED. So if this is what you may have originally purchased the tablet for, my intuition says that this is most likely a counterfeit of the real one, that is made by Eli Lilly and Company.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet as being something different?
