Tear Drop Pill

Yellow in colour, approx 12mm in length, approx 4mm deep with the number 20 embossed on one side only. No letters or any other insignia thereon.

Can I asked you where you found this, was it in the U.S. or elsewhere?

This is similar to a 20mg Cialis pill, used for erectile dysfunction, but the name brand also has a C on it, just before the 20.

It is possible that it is a generic, or something else entirely.

Does anyone else know what this is?
