Hi Marta,
I'm not sure whether you are referring to Green Tea or Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca)? Can you elaborate a bit more on your intentions for drinking it as well? Like what are you expecting to happen?
Both of these have a wide array of health benefits and Melaleuca oil is classified by the FDA as a GRAS Certified Food-Grade ingredient for consumption that includes preparations containing 25% or less of Melaleuca oil from both topical and ingested medicines.
