My tanganil pack says 2 to 4 tablets twice a day. 500mg tablets that is. So up to 4. I had an attack yesterday morning at 7.30, took 4 tablets and managed to hang on without vomiting for an hour and a half so they could work and am feeling much better now. So only took 2 in the afternoon. Is that any help?

Tanganil contains the amino-acid Acetyl-Leucine, it is touted to help with vertigo and nausea.

I am afraid I have no other information on it.

Does anyone else have more information?
