Did you mean Tramadol, the centrally active analgesic?

It isn't a controlled substance, so I am sure you could order, there are many websites that offer medications, however, it is still illegal in the U.S. if you don't have a prescription for it.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
