There are no interactions listed, between taking them together, that I can find, however, you should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain.

This combination is often given to patients with infections that cause pain, such as dental infections, to treat the pain in the interim, until the antibiotic starts to work.

The Hydcrodone with Ibuprofen are the active ingredients in Vicoprofen, which is a narcotic pain reliever and it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, constipation and dry mouth.

The Doxycycline is an antibiotic used to treat various types of infections and it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash.
