My friend told me taking 1 Practin and 1 Dexona everyday will make my body stronger and I will be more muscular. He told me about dizziness side effect. I really want to know the truth.... does it really make me stronger or will give me some problems in future...please reply soon..

Dear friends,
Using Dexona and Practin cause dangerous side effects it will spoil your life and later you can't live with out this medication.

Side effects: Once you stop this medication then only you will get serious side effects. so dont stop with out physician suggestion. maintain good diet.

Note" you can over come from this addict.. first:Tampering the dose of dexona and practin. Means: if you r using daily one tab. better u start using half tab daily for 1 month and next alternate days and next 2 tab in a week like this you tamper the dose and finally u avoid taking this medication. but one thing you should have good food daily it will reduce u r side effects. all the best

Mere pyare dosto ... practin aur dexona tab .... bahut hi kharab dawa hai.... esake 15 din use se aap mote to ho jayenge but ... ye aapke blood ko patla kar deti hai .... aur mans haddi chhod dwta hai jisase adnmi mota lagta hai . Aur eske wajh se maut ho jati hai ...... aisa mere friend k sath ho chuka hai ..

My Name is Chetan. My age is 24 running. Weight 55kg
I was using practin and dexona since 5 months for weight gaining. After 5 months i left to eat it slowly. Means i was taking daily 2 tablets i made it 1 tablet daily after i made it half tablet daily. And now a days i left completely before 1 weak. Sir is there any side effects of this tablet. Cause i m suffering little side effect means whenever i eat something i feel like omitting. I feeling nervousness. Please help me doctor. i also loss my weight. I feel like something happening in my heart. What should i do sir.. Please help me. Should i continue tablet or what..

Practin contains the active ingredient Cyproheptadine, you can learn more about it and the side effects here:

Dexina contains the active ingredient Dexamethasone, which is a steroid and very risky:

There are a lot more possible side effects, other than just dizziness. They will not do what you want them to do and they should never be used without a doctor's approval and supervision.
