Take Two Capsules By Mouth Twics Day For 10dayz

Please tell me whaT this means. ,I thought it was one pill twice a day. Please advise.

According to the FDA prescribing instructions, that would be telling you take 2 capsules every 12 hours, for a total of 4 capsules a day.
