Take One Pill At Night

My prescription is for Atorec, anti-cholesterol meds which can be taken with or without food, and I am wondering whether "at night" means any time after 8 p.m..

Stations ruin your brain...the brain is made mostly of cholesterol... Why in the world can't people understand how that would greatly affect the brain??
