At a minimum, that would be 4 a day, so 15 days, however, since it is prescribed to be taken as needed, your doctor may expect it to last longer, because they may not think you will need to take 4 of them a day.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation, nervousness, and insomnia.
