Take 1 Pill A Day For Two Weeks

Hi my name is ne ne I'm taking Amoxicillin 875 Augmentin for a urinary tract infection my doctor told me to take one pill a day for two weeks. Is that okay will it still kill the urinary tract infection. The type of bacteria that they found in my cultures was strep.
