Take 1 Pill 3 Times A Day

I am taking macaroot and vitex it says take one pill three times a day but I always forget can I take all three at once Or is that really bad? If i do it what kind of results could it have?

From your description I get the sense that it may be best to continue trying to adhere to the dosing guidelines listed on the packaging, since that's probably how you optimize its effectiveness. However, from my own understanding it may also depend on what dose you're taking. Reason I say that is because Vitex reportedly comes in dosage forms of up to 400mg and the average dose of maca is listed at 1,000mg to 2,000mg. My theory is that if you fall within these parameters then it's still considered a "normal" dose, whether taken all at once or divided throughout the day. But if you have any reservations about using it other than how the label recommends, I'd encourage you to speak with an herbalist or naturopath for more specific details.

Is this supplement a combination of those two ingredients or are you taking the two separately?
