After taking solo D20 and patanjali kumaryasava my period is irregular. My period occurred 2 times in a month. The 1st time my period was only 4 days and after 11 days again I got my period. It was quite heavy. My doc. suggested I take trenaxa 500 (10 tablets for 5 days) and ovral G for 21 days from the 5th day of my next period.. Are these tablets and dosages safe?

Kumarayasava is made up of ghritkumari (aloe vera) and aloe vera causes bleeding.....Don't take in metrorrhagia.....Ashokaarista is for irregular heavy menses.
